We had such a nice Christmas Eve. 
We were home from our trip and all ready for Christmas to come! We got up Christmas Eve morning and went as a family to see Tangled at the movie theatre! We LOVED the movie!
Later that afternoon we went to our friend's, the Petty's, for a fun potluck dinner that included a sauteed pasta bar, yummy bread, salad and the most amazing sugar cookies ever. We had a great time visiting and letting the kids play.
Later that evening after we had returned home, we had our own Christmas Eve program, including reading the Christmas story from the Bible, singing Christmas carols, and talking about our Savior.
As is tradition, Katelee opened a special present on Christmas Eve.
New Christmas pajamas! (And slippers, too!)
We prepared a goody plate for Santa and his reindeer...
And on a whim we decided to give Katelee one more gift from under the tree - a new blanket that I made for her. She loved it! 
Katelee went to bed happily, excited for Santa to come and worn out from all the day's fun! She fell asleep quickly, all cozy in her new jammies and warm blanket.
